We like to move it, move it

Moving sounds like a great idea, and an easy task to undertake (especially since we’re young, have no kids, and generally haven’t had the time to collect all the “stuff” that people normally do in adulthood). However, for those of you who think you have very little “stuff” – like me – think again.


We signed a new lease for house approximately 7 miles from our old townhouse. Although the location is a little further out than we anticipated, the trade off has been worth it. We now have a yard, a larger garage, an extra fridge, and an extra bedroom – all for less rent! We were very excited to find something that suits our needs a little better and has more room for people to visit! So what are you waiting for?!?!?!

Thanks to many friends who helped us, we were able to move everything in one day. Unpacking, has taken a little longer than that. I never realized how much stuff we’ve accrued over such little time. We used the move as an opportunity to clean out, and donated two big loads of stuff to charity.
